Rotate your screen around, go up one level, and click on the domed rock to find another relic (Forest Island Stat 5/8). In the large white rock, in a small cave at the bottom, is another star. Use to zoom out some and go back to where the last box with the symbols was. You will get another orb for successfully turning the power back on.

Move the levers as follows: circle and square away from the symbols, triangle and plus sign toward the symbols. *** Spoiler - click to reveal *** light green (starts this color – no clicking necessary), second one down change to white (click four times), third one down should be yellow (click once), and change the fourth to black (click seven times). Click on them to change the colors as follows from top to bottom: Rotate your screen around so you can see all four rectangles. The small box will expand, and another machine will come out of the ground. Just like last time, click on all four of these buttons. Another machine will pop out of the ground. Press the buttons that pop out of the front and back. Our view will change to the land across the little river. Click this button quickly until the gauge gets to the green area. Drag that away from the machine, rotate your screen around, and make sure you can see the gauge and the red button that fell where the white outline was on the machine. Then on the right side, another handle to pull out of the machine appears. On the backside (facing away from the water) is a slide to use. The order does not matter, but the bars that light up blue will slowly decrease, and you need them to all be blue at the same time to gain access to the next machine. Do that, then click on each button (there are four buttons: two on each side) in quick succession. There are two panels, one on each side, that will need to be dragged out the sides of the machine. Click on the button, then flip each switch (there are four switches – you may need to rotate your screen to see them all). Once the next machine pops out of the ground, click on it, hold, and drag it up out of the ground. Rotate your screen around and click on each one. There will be four buttons that pop out of the tower (one on each side). We will be tasked with turning the power on. Now, move your screen around until you are square with the island and have the green and yellow box in plain sight. Just to the left, on the island with the sheep, is a large green bush. Use to zoom out some and collect the star in the little cave where the island and water meet. Pan left ( ) and collect the map (Forest Island Stat 4/8) on the dock, then press to exit back to the level (remember, don’t open any of the maps or you will void an achievement). After opening the door for a third time, you'll unlock I am not sure if this one is technically MISSABLE, since Quack ends up joining you on your adventure, I am thinking this one can't be done once you leave through the orb portal. You need to open this door a total of three times to earn an achievement. Click on the door to open it, collect the star, wait for Quack to go back in, and open the door again. Use some, click on the lily pad in the water below to move it and find another star. Pan to the left with just past the fountain and click on the domed rock to collect the green key (Forest Island Stat 3/8). Use to zoom out some, then use to rotate your screen back. Collect the star in the orange tree just in front of the bench. On the bench under the light is the photo (Forest Island Stat 2/8) for this level. Pan left using and use to rotate your screen. Open the chest just above the lily pad and collect another star. Under the lily pad in the water to the left is another star click on the lily pad to move it, then click on the star to collect it. On the next level down (you should see two brown mushrooms), between the rock and the plant is another star.
